Prior to establishing her Virtual Assistant practice, Mary Jane worked in the administrative field for 20+ years. She was a co-owner of a contract manufacturing company and supported upper level management in Information Technology, Finance and Administration, Legal Counsel, Risk Management and Customer Service for various industries that include, private wealth management, manufacturing and commercial real estate.
Mary Jane specializes in administrative support services and recognizes the need for that extra set of arms after co-owning a small business for over 10 years. She was successful in creating in-house training for end-users for various software programs and saved a company over $200,000 supporting the Information Technology Department in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. She has setup accounting/bookkeeping systems, manufacturing procedures, database systems, and has a strong understanding of organizational systems.
After starting her practice, Mary Jane received certification as an Internet Marketing Virtual Assistant to develop the skills necessary to help her clients enhance their presence on the Internet. Mary Jane also received certification in Search Engine Optimization and thoroughly enjoys working with her clients to see their presence receive high-ranking positions with the major search engines. It's really awesome to see the work done receive the prestigious status of Page One on the major search engines.
Mary Jane graduated from Bryant & Stratton School of Business majoring in secretarial science. She continued with Business Administration at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
